ROMAC was derived from the surnames of spouses Renato G. Romero and Agnes C. Macam. What started out as a small business enterprise, has become one of the biggest service provider for various industries. ROMAC has 42 years of proven track performance and satisfied clients.

Sometime in 1984, its founder Renato G. Romero, took a bold step and endeavoured to introduce the technology he acquired from years of servicing the U.S Bases to the businesses of Central Luzon. ROMAC’s clientele steadily grew over the years to include some of the biggest businesses in the region. ROMAC rose to become one of the biggest janitorial and services company in Central Luzon. This was made possible though the dedication, constant development and high standards of quality of ROMAC.

ROMAC VISAYAS was established in December 1995 as ROMAC ILOILO SERVICES INC. with operations in Iloilo and Bacolod. When the company decided to expand in Cebu and Boracay, it changed its corporate name to ROMAC VISAYAS SERVICES INC. Being the reliable manpower service provider in Visayas, the company is best known not only for Janitorial Services but also catered to Destileria Bago Inc. and Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. for production and sales utility.

ROMAC in the Visayas have been found the first choice of companies in need of manpower services such us Mercury Drug, Banco de Oro and SM Malls and have been servicing five star hotels in Boracay such as Shangrila Boracay, Discover Shores, Alta Vista, The Lind and Fairways and Blue Water etc.
