This type of service has been the foundation of Romac. Its initial contracts were focused on the various services that cater to building maintenance such as sanitation, technical and electrical, to name a few. Romac initially secured contracts with the American Bases in Clark, Tarlac, Subic and Baguio, therefore exposing the company to international standards. Over the years, Romac still continues to offer these services to the biggest names in the country as well as up and coming companies from overseas that have set up their operations in the Philippines.
Warehouse and Logistics Services
In the distribution industry Romac has also been known to provide services when it comes to forklift operations and picking activities. It has invested in machinery and equipment enabling its warehouse employees to perform their tasks with utmost efficiency and provide clients with quality output.
Bagging Services
Initially, Romac catered to malls and supermarkets by providing Janitorial Services but as time went by the company saw the opportunity to provide Bagging Services as well. Romac employees are trained not only in the proper bagging procedures but also in excellent customer service as well.
Lawn Maintenance Services
As an extension of the building maintenance service that the company offers, Romac has also ventured into lawn maintenance as well. Lawn maintenance is not only limited to trimming of lawns and plants but also provides beautification in the surroundings, creating a serene ambiance for Romac’s clients.

Due to the rise of demands on clerical services, Romac has included this type of service as part of its diversification plan wherein it trains and orients its employees on the proper corporate etiquette and efficiency needed in the performance of these tasks.

ROMAC VISAYAS was established in December 1995 as ROMAC ILOILO SERVICES INC. with operations in Iloilo and Bacolod. When the company decided to expand in Cebu and Boracay, it changed its corporate name to ROMAC VISAYAS SERVICES INC. Being the reliable manpower service provider in Visayas, the company is best known not only for Janitorial Services but also catered to Destileria Bago Inc. and Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. for production and sales utility.
ROMAC in the Visayas have been found the first choice of companies in need of manpower services such us Mercury Drug, Banco de Oro and SM Malls and have been servicing five star hotels in Boracay such as Shangrila Boracay, Discover Shores, Alta Vista, The Lind and Fairways and Blue Water etc.
At present, ROMAC VISAYAS offers various services/positions such as: Janitorial, Clerical, Merchandising, Frontliners, Bakers, Baristas, Bartenders, Housekeeping, Drivers, Boat Men, Messengers and many others.
